Arts & Crafts Booth Guidelines for Strawberry Festival and Homer Davenport Days

Homer Davenport Days is a 3 day show and it is important to us that the guests that come on Sunday afternoon have the same quality event that was available on Saturday. It is important that our vendors have ample inventory for the entire run of the event and that vendors do not tear down or leave before 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Merchandise
ALL ITEMS IN BOTH OF THESE SHOWS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY THOSE RENTING THE SPACE. THIS IS A JURIED SHOW AND SALE
We wish to remind all vendors that we are committed to a show that is dedicated to quality handmade crafts. All items to be sold must be handmade by you no mass-produced or commercial items will be allowed.

Attention new applicants please send (with your application) 3 photos. These need to represent your work to be sold. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors within a particular category on a first come basis. Artists that were in the previous shows please send in photos only if you are adding a new line of work

Applications will be accepted on a first come basis, determined by the date we receive your application and type of craft. We are limiting the booths to 75 with a $100 fee for a 10x10 space. 110 v. Electrical service for $25. if needed will be provided to the first 10 requests only. Payment in full to be sent with application and any non-accepted or cancelled by the vendor before July 10th 2010 will be fully refunded.

Festival Days:
Strawberry Festival
Sunday June 20th, 2010

Check in and set up will begin at 6 a.m. on Sunday morning and needs to be complete, with cars out of the park by 9:30 Festival runs from 10 am to 6 p.m., tear down can begin only after the 6 p.m. when the public leaves the park.

Homer Davenport Days
Friday-Saturday-Sunday
August 6th, 7th, & 8th, 2010

Check-in starts at 4pm on Thursday to be completed by 10 a.m. There will be no security in the park on Thursday night. Festival runs from Noon to 8 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Tear down can begin only after 5 p.m. when the public leaves the park.
