The 2008 International Cartoon Contest showcased 37 entries from 13 different artists from the United States and beyond. The Cartoon exhibit was located outdoors among the trees of Coolidge-McClaine Park at Homer Davenport Days, along with historical exhibitions, storytelling, pantomimes, and dance performances. Below you will find the First, Second, Third, and Honorable Mention prize winners. Our winners this year are actually two artists who are new to the contest. (Due to a filing issue, there will be no Public Choice award this year.)
Thank You to all who participated.
